Important customer notice: Lockbox order delays

Supply chain disruptions have caused significant production delays on Kidde Lockbox Store orders.  At this time, all current and new orders are delayed up to six months.

Please call customer service at (800) 654-9677 ext. 3048365 to check on the status of your order.

Shipping and Returns

Shipping Policy:

  • All orders are generally shipped within 4-6 business days from order date, provided that the merchandise is in stock.
  • Orders are shipped via UPS as selected during the checkout process, or LTL for large orders.
  • Please allow up to 7 days, via standard shipping method, for delivery. Pay-by-check orders generally take an additional 5-7 business days to process.
  • At this time we are unable to ship any orders outside the US.

 

Kidde Keyed Lockboxes Return Policy:

Kidde will honor the return of any Kidde Keyed Lockbox product(s) within 90 days of purchase, if the product(s) have not been used or installed; a 30% restock charge will apply. Product(s) that have been used or installed will not be accepted for return. The product(s) must be returned in the original package with a note stating the reason for the return to the address below.
