Supply chain disruptions have caused production delays on Kidde Lockbox Store orders. All current and new orders are delayed up to two months.

Replacement Keys

If you are the registered end user and you need replacement keys for your lock box, please fill out a request using the Replacement Key Request Form. The cost is $16.40 and orders can be paid via credit card or check online once the verification process is complete. The key replacement order must be shipped to the company that owns the key code. If you do not hear from us in 1-2 days, please call us at 1-866-847-3424, as your email blocker may have blocked our email.
